Today the word “connected” makes us think about technology. The connections we have through technology can make us more productive, help us keep up with our friends and family, and make life easier. But it can also prevent us from really communicating with other people, make us feel mistreated or misunderstood, or become a source of constant stress and frustration. It’s important to make sure that technology is supporting us and not controlling us.
